1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

This service creates short URLs that redirect visitors to destinations you supply, and records analytics about those redirects. Access requires an API key issued by rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create links that resolve to:

malware, phishing pages, or other content intended to deceive or harm
content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
content unlawful in the jurisdictions where it is served

You are responsible for every link created with your key, including links created by anyone you share it with.

4. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

5. Suspension

rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company may suspend or revoke any key, and disable any link, at its discretion and without notice, including for suspected breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Access

Access is by invitation. Keys are issued to approved organisations at the discretion of rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company, and there is no public sign-up.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, links created with your keys stop resolving and recorded analytics are retained under the retention periods in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
