1. What this covers

This policy describes what rethink λ studios, a POLYRΛDIX company records when a visitor follows a short link, and what account holders provide to use the service.

2. What is recorded

Following a short link records the request: the visitor's IP address, an identifier stored in a cookie, approximate country and network operator, the browser and device reported by the browser, and the referring page where one is supplied. No name, email address, or account identity is attached to a visitor record.

The cookie holds a random identifier used to tell repeat visits from distinct ones. It carries no personal information and is not used for advertising.

3. What organisation administrators can see

Organisation administrators cannot see visitor IP addresses. Analytics are reported as counts and as derived fields such as country, network operator, browser and device. No role returns an IP address or the cookie identifier through the dash or the API.

4. Account data

Account holders provide an organisation name and are issued an API key. Key usage is recorded in an audit log, including the action taken and the time.

5. Retention

Full IP addresses are removed after 365 days, after which only a truncated form is kept. Aggregate click counts are retained indefinitely. Records we are required to keep for accounting purposes are retained for up to six years.

6. Sharing

Recorded data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except where required by law, or with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you. Requests: oi.soidutsknihter@lqsd
